Our brass light box is our most luxurious design. Great for retail, bars, restaurants, and hotels.

Fitted with low-voltage LEDs, which are very economical to run and can last up to 40,000 hours.

Your design will be printed full colour in-house on the very latest digital printing technology and matt laminated for added protection. Please note this item is made from real brass and may require polishing ever so often with a product like Brasso.

Care Instructions

Wipe the brass frame periodically with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and fingerprints.
As with all real brass, the frame may develop a natural patina over time. Polish occasionally with a dedicated brass cleaner such as Brasso to restore the original finish.
Avoid abrasive cloths or scouring pads, which will scratch the brass surface.
Do not use bleach-based or acidic cleaning products on the frame.
Clean the printed graphic panel with a lightly dampened cloth only — do not scrub, as this may damage the matt laminate.
If installed outdoors, inspect fixings and seals periodically to ensure the unit remains weathertight.

Can I upload my own artwork?

Yes. The brass light box is designed around your artwork. Upload your file at checkout — PDF is preferred, though TIFF, JPEG, EPS, and AI files are all accepted at 300 dpi or above. If you need help with artwork, our design team can assist; email sales@goodwinandgoodwin.com for a quote.

Is the light box suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. The brass light box is rated for both internal and external use, making it suitable for shop frontages, entrance porches, and covered outdoor settings.

What if I need a non-standard size?

We offer custom sizes beyond the standard A4–A1 range. Contact us at sales@goodwinandgoodwin.com or call 0208 829 0599 with your dimensions and we'll provide a quote.

How is the light box illuminated?

The unit uses low-voltage LEDs, which are energy-efficient and have a rated lifespan of up to 40,000 hours — equating to many years of daily use before any maintenance is required.

Can I return the light box if I change my mind?

Because every brass light box is custom-made to order with your specific artwork, it is excluded from our standard returns policy. Please review your artwork carefully before submitting your order.

Will the brass frame need maintenance?

Real brass naturally develops a patina over time. This is characteristic of the material. If you prefer to maintain the original bright finish, occasional polishing with a brass cleaner such as Brasso will restore it.
