    The Rust Finish Light Box delivers a raw, industrial aesthetic inspired by corten steel weathering. The rust-effect metal frame paired with a distressed acrylic face gives the unit a distinctly urban character — perfect for independent coffee shops, craft breweries, street food venues, and any interior where worn, textural finishes are part of the design language.

    Despite its rugged appearance, this is a precision-made, LED-illuminated sign handcrafted in our London workshop. Your full-colour artwork is printed in-house using the latest digital printing technology and matt laminated for protection, then applied to the distressed acrylic face.

    Available in landscape or portrait orientation across four standard sizes from A4 to A1, and suitable for both internal and external use.

    Care Instructions
    • Wipe the rust-effect frame with a dry or very lightly damp cloth. The finish is intentionally textural — avoid scrubbing or abrasive materials that may alter the surface appearance.
    • Do not use acidic or solvent-based cleaners on the frame, as these may accelerate or unevenly affect the rust effect coating.
    • Clean the acrylic face gently with a soft, dry cloth. The matt laminate surface is durable but can be marked by rough or abrasive materials.
    • For external installations, inspect the frame and fixings periodically after severe weather.
    • Keep the cable and plug away from water and check regularly for signs of wear or damage.
    FAQs

    Is the rust finish real rust, or a decorative effect?

    It is a decorative rust effect coating applied to the metal frame, similar in appearance to corten steel. This means the finish is stable and will not continue to corrode in the way untreated iron would.

    Can I supply my own artwork?

    Yes. Upload your file at checkout or email it to sales@goodwinandgoodwin.com after ordering. Files should be supplied at 300 dpi minimum in PDF, TIFF, JPEG, EPS, or AI format — PDF works best.

    Is this suitable for outdoor use?

    Yes. The rust finish light box is rated for both internal and external installation. For outdoor use, ensure cable entry points are properly sealed and the unit is securely mounted.

    Can I change the graphic later?
