The LED illumination is low-voltage, energy-efficient and rated to approximately 40,000 hours.

    Care Instructions
    • Wipe the metal frame with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust.
    • Avoid abrasive cleaners that may scratch the black powder-coat finish.
    • Clean the front panel with a dry microfibre cloth — do not use ammonia-based cleaners.
    • The graphic panel is replaceable — contact us to order a new printed insert.
    • Do not attempt to open or modify the electrical components — refer servicing to a qualified electrician.

    Can I supply my own artwork?
    Yes. We accept PDF, TIFF, JPEG, EPS and AI files at 300 dpi. PDF works best. Upload at checkout or email artwork to sales@goodwinandgoodwin.com with your order number.

    Can I change the graphic in the future?
    Yes. The graphic is designed to be replaced — contact us to order a new printed panel.

    Is the light box suitable for outdoor use?
    Yes, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
