• These letters are designed for outdoor use — the natural materials will weather over time and this is expected.
• Do not paint or varnish over the habitat openings, as this will deter or harm nesting wildlife.
• Check wall fixings periodically to ensure letters remain secure.
• Leave the habitat internals undisturbed during nesting season (typically March to August in the UK).
• Light surface cleaning with a dry brush is acceptable; avoid pressure washing.

What lives inside the letters?
Each letter is fitted with a habitat designed to attract beneficial insects, bees and nesting birds, depending on the style chosen.

Which letters can have a Bee Hotel?
The Bee Hotel (cane) is an upgrade and is not currently available for all letter types. We will send an artwork approval before production starts.

Do you send an artwork proof?
Yes. We will send an artwork layout for your approval before production begins, as some habitat designs suit certain letter shapes better than others.

Are the letters recyclable?
Yes. The FSC plywood and aluminium construction is fully recyclable.
