    The Frameless Light Box is a clean, edge-to-edge illuminated sign panel with no visible frame — just your artwork, lit from behind. It is the most minimal option in our light box range, and works particularly well in settings where the design itself should take centre stage: contemporary retail, bars, restaurants, office reception areas, and photography studios.

    The panel is made from white opal recycled acrylic and illuminated with low-voltage LEDs rated for up to 40,000 hours of use. Your design is printed full colour in-house on the latest wide-format digital printing equipment and matt laminated for protection. The result is a vivid, even glow with no hot spots or visible frame shadow.

    Available in five standard sizes from A4 to A1, plus a 500 × 500mm square option, in landscape or portrait orientation. Upload your own artwork at checkout, or contact our design team for help. Custom sizes are available on request.

    Care Instructions
    • Wipe the acrylic face with a soft dry microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive pads or rough cloths that may scratch the surface.
    • For more thorough cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth with a small amount of mild non-abrasive soap. Dry immediately with a soft cloth.
    • Avoid solvent-based cleaners, alcohol, or acetone, which will damage the acrylic and the printed vinyl face.
    • Do not use a pressure washer or direct heavy water spray on the panel.

    What is the difference between this and the Black Metal Light Box?

    The Frameless Light Box has no visible border — the illuminated panel runs edge-to-edge for a clean, minimal look. The Black Metal Light Box has a powder-coated metal frame around the panel, giving a more structured, traditional light box appearance.

    Can I upload my own design?

    Yes. Select the 'with your design' variant at checkout and upload your artwork file. Accepted formats are PDF, TIFF, JPEG, EPS, and AI at 300 dpi minimum.

    Can I change the graphic later?

    Yes. The vinyl face is changeable. Contact us at sales@goodwinandgoodwin.com to order a replacement printed panel.

    Is this suitable for outdoor use?

    Yes — the Frameless Light Box is rated for both internal and external use. For exposed outdoor locations, ensure it is installed with appropriate fixings and waterproofing at the cable entry point.

    Do I need print-ready artwork?

    If possible, yes. High-resolution, print-ready files produce the sharpest results. If you need design help, contact sales@goodwinandgoodwin.com for a quote on our design service.

    Can I get a custom size?
